Rear Commodore

The Rear Commodore assists the Commodore and third in the line of succession should other officers be absent. Traditionally, the Rear Commodore oversees on-the-water (i.e., "fleet") activities of the Club. Also by tradition, the Rear Commodore serves as the Chair of the Race Committee. The Rear Commodore is elected by the general membership every year.

Secretary

The Secretary maintains all club records, most important of which is the roster of current members. Unlike other leadership positions, the Secretary is appointed by the Board of Directors and elected officers by majority vote every year.

Treasurer

Directors

Directors are elected by the general membership and serve two-year terms on the Board of Directors. They act as representatives of the members and serve as managers and stewards of the Club and its assets. Elections are staggered such that half of the Directors are elected in alternating years.

At the present time, there are a total of four (4) Directors on the Board.
